DESIGN
Our Design Team utilizes various professionals in the design field for building and site design. We use the latest technology to produce all documentation including site plans, conceptual plans, construction documents, 3D renderings, and walk-thru’s.
LAND DEVELOPMENT
Our team works very closely with architects and local city governments to acquire necessary permits. Constant communication with our general contractors results in a seamless and efficient construction process.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Kal Pacific has developed long standing relationships with sub contractors and ensuring quality workmanship on each project. We
are are in constant communication with our General and sub contractors providing construction management and oversight.
