Kal Pacific & Associates Inc. is home to KP Associates Architects, Kal Pacific Commercial Development Group and Kal Pacific General Contracting. With twenty five (25) years experience, General Manager, Don Veasey has a unique ability to view a piece of property and develop a plan to optimize the usage of the property. He has a vast network of professionals to assist in bringing strong clients to the negotiating table for each project he is involved in. Don takes great pride in providing a complete service to his clients, offering consultations and referrals in matters of financing, entitlements, leasing, design and construction.
The Architectural Division is headed by Senior Architect, Dan Allenbach; California License number C24512. Dan joined Kal Pacific with 30 years experience in the commercial, residential, industrial and medical arenas. He has held positions as Construction Manager, Project Architect, Project Manager, Forensic Architect, and Production Manager. Dan currently serves as a Wildomar Chamber of Commerce Board Member, and previously held the position of Planning Commissioner for the City of Lake Elsinore. Utilizing his experience Dan incorporates all the various components needed to create a successful project.
The Architectural support staff uses the latest technology to produce all documentation including site plans, conceptual plans, construction documents, 3D renderings and walk-thru’s. The required site plans, renderings and color boards for the planning process are generated with great creativity and excellence by our talented staff.
The Construction Division has reportedly one of the finest superintendents in the business. Jack Keersmaekers has been working with the Kal Pacific team for 10 years as of this writing and has over 30 years experience in construction. City Officials have stated that Jack brings an air of professionalism back to construction. Kal Pacific has maintained a long standing relationship with local sub contractors and is therefore confident in the quality of workmanship on each project. We are always looking for new and innovative products, and appropriate professionals to improve on construction budgets and service.
